With more than 17 years experience, Fusion AGM batteries is recognised as one of the most reliable and highest quality batteries in Australia and distributes its products nationally.

Through its continuing commitment to supplying its customers with a superior quality product at affordable prices and a second-to-none service, Fusion AGM Batteries rapidly gained trade & consumer recognition and remains one of the most popular and reliable batteries in Australia.

Fusion AGM Batteries is capable of not only designing, developing and manufacturing batteries of superior quality & performance but is also able to offers its batteries at an affordable price and a service that is second to none.

Fusion AGM Batteries remains 100% Australian owned & operated and attributes its success to its policy “We will not be beaten on Price, Quality & Service” and of course, it’s Genuine Aussie Spirit.

Solar AGM

  • Superior Quality
  • Non-Spillable Sealed
  • Maintenance free
  • Reliable High Performance
  • Genuine AGM Battery

Fusion 2 Volt CBS Solar Series batteries are a genuine AGM VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) battery that is completely sealed, spill proof, leak proof and can be used upside down or on their side. Its state-of-the-art design uses oxygen recombination technology meaning that the battery never requires filling and can be used in confined or poorly ventilated spaces.

Fusion CBS Series are specifically designed for solar & green energy systems and are suited to almost all Australian climates including Australia’s top end.

We use advanced engineering techniques to ensure that Fusion CBS Series batteries remain one of the highest quality batteries available in Australia’s not to mention its lower acid density, excess electrolyte & larger distance between plates to keep the battery at lower temperatures and slow down plate grid corrosion speed.

Tubular Gel

  • The Ultimate in 2V Batteries
  • True Gel Technology
  • Non-Spillable Sealed
  • 5 Years Full Warranty

Fusion OPzV Series batteries are a Tubular Gel VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) battery that is completely sealed, spill proof, leak proof and can be used both vertically and horizontally with no loss of performance or concern of electrolyte leakage. They are engineered with true Gel Technology and use Tubular Die-Cast positive plate which prevents active material shedding, has fine corrosion-resisting performance and ensures high reliability, stable performance and longer life.

The Battery features advanced micro-pore PVC-SiO2 separators from Europe that have big porosity & low resistance and state-of-the-art safety valves from Germany that prevents dry up. The battery also adopts a German designed gas silicon dioxide, electrolyte in a gel state that prevents flowing, leakage & lamination.

The gel electrolyte and the process where gases are recombined within the cell mean that no electrolyte is lost during the life of the battery. Therefore it is never necessary to top up your Fusion Gel OPzV Battery. Apart from keeping the top of the battery and the connections clean and free from contaminants, nil maintenance is required.

Lithium Ion

  • Built-in automatic protection from over-charge, over discharge and over temperature conditions
  • Maintenance free
  • Internal cell balancing
  • Built in Battery Management System (BMS)
  • Thousands of cycles, 100% DOD under normal conditions
  • Can be charged using most standard lead-acid chargers (set for AGM/GEL cells)
  • ABS Flame retardant plastie
  • Completely dry battery
  • Can be used in series and parallel
  • Water Proof

Fusion Lithium Batteries delivers safe lithium phosphate energy storage solutions in standard lead-acid battery sizes for a wide variety of applications. They are designed as a direct drop-in replacement for similar sized lead-acid batteries offering twice the run-time and less than half the weight.

Fusion Lithium Phosphate Batteries (also known as Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries) are an extremely light weight battery designed for deep-cycle (cyclic) applications and are a completely dry battery making them spill-proof and leak- proof. They can sit unused for over a year without losing charge and can also be charged extremely quickly without damaging the battery.

Aquion Hybrid Ion

  • Off-grid and on-grid applications
  • excellent cycle life even at high depths of discharge.
  • Extremely high abuse tolerance
  • Ability to stand at partial state of charge
  • Wide operating temperature range with minimal degradation
  • Non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive
  • Environmentally benign materials - no corrosive acids or noxious fumes
  • No regular maintenance  required

This  technology is based on a simple idea: In order to meet the challenges of the world’s growing energy needs and increase the use of renewable power, we need large-scale energy storage systems that are high performance, safe, sustainable and cost-effective. Aquion Energy founder, Professor Jay Whitacre, set out to solve this problem and discovered a simple and elegant solution that is a twist on a 200 year-old technology: saltwater batteries. Aquion developed this solution into our patented Aqueous Hybrid Ion (AHI™) chemistry, a unique saltwater electrolyte battery technology. Using abundant, nontoxic materials and modern low cost manufacturing techniques, AHI batteries are now ready to take on the global energy storage challenge.

Aquion’s battery technology offers thousands of real-use application cycles for long duration (4 to 20 hour) applications. The batteries are extremely tolerant to abuse with the ability to stand at a partial state of charge with minimal degradation. The system requires no costly thermal management or regular maintenance and contains no hazardous materials, corrosive acids, or noxious fumes.

Aquion’s AHI batteries are the much-needed solution for stationary, long-duration, daily cycling applications. Designed to meet the needs of existing and emerging storage applications, AHI batteries enable new possibilities for off-grid, microgrid, energy management, and grid service applications.

Powerwall is a home battery that charges using electricity generated from solar panels, or when utility rates are low, and powers your home in the evening. Automated, compact and simple to install, Powerwall enables you to maximize self-consumption of solar power generation.

In Australia, the price you are paid for the excess solar power your home generates is lower than the price you pay for electricity from the utility grid. Given this rate structure, it is more cost effective to consume your solar power than to sell it back to the utility. By storing your home's surplus power and using it when you would otherwise need to pull from the grid, Powerwall minimizes your net spending.

Home solar installations consist of a solar panel, an electrical inverter, and now a home battery to store surplus solar energy for later use.

  • Solar panel Installed in an array on your roof, solar panels convert sunlight into electricity.
  • Home battery Powerwall stores surplus electricity generated from solar panels during the day or from the utility grid when rates are low.
  • Inverter Converts direct current electricity from solar panels or a home battery into the alternating current used by your home's lights, appliances and devices.

Contained within Powerwall's outdoor-rated enclosure is a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, a liquid thermal management system, a battery management system and a smart DC-DC converter for controlling power flow.
